We are looking for a team member to come and join our preschool in Islington
Full time, permanent role.
Salary: £20.000-£23.000 (depending on experience)
Closing date: Monday 7th March 2022 at noon.
Interviews will be held in the week commencing 14th March 2022.
Start date: During spring term 2022.

The role is to ensure high-quality general education and care, in line with our ethos, for our 2-4-year-olds. Our main job is to create a positive and caring environment, diverse outdoor experiences and trips and an active, creative and fun day.
We are looking for a person with energy and a strong interest in Early Years development. A team player who can identify needs and areas of development and take action on daily tasks such as planning activities, observing children and communicating with parents.
– Qualification in Early Years or childcare is required (minimum Level 3) – Interest in outdoor activities
– Child-centred approach is a must
– Montessori experience desired
– Full proficiency in English is a must, other languages desired (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, or other languages including British Sign Language).
You will be a part of a small team with the responsibility to track and document the development of children using a “planning in the moment” approach. You will be a part of a small school setting with a holistic view of education. Our setting has a strong focus on English as Additional Language (EAL) and experiences with bilingual children would be beneficial.
Salaries and benefits:
The role is full time and permanent.
– The salary will be depending on experience and in the range of £20.000-£23.000 annually.
– 6 weeks of holiday per year (can increase with length of service).
